Lisa Ortiz has had poems published in a few floppy journals including Princeton Arts Review, Wolf Head Quarterly, Poesy and the anthology Split Verse: Poems to Heal Your Heart. Poems are set to appear in the online magazines Tryst and Literary Mama. She lives in La Honda with a sad-eyed husband, two wild-haired daughters and a big red horse.
