Bay Area poetry luminary Joyce Jenkins, best known as editor and publisher of Poetry Flash, is also a fine poet in her own right. Editor of the California Poetry Series as well as co-coordinator of the reading series Poetry Flash @ Cody's, Joyce received the American Book Award for editing in 1994 and the National Poetry Association's 1995 Award for Distinguished Service to Poets and Poetry.
