Cameron McKinley, a resident of Marin County, draws inspiration from her work with hospice patients, and as an advocate for children in the foster system and for prisoners in San Quentin. After a career as a travel writer and photographer, she focuses now on poetry. She holds a Master's Degree in Writing and has been published in many magazines and anthologies.
